“As a future industrial clerk, my three-year training at REGUPOL really is a lot of fun. I’m able to take on my own projects and let my ideas flow. We’re offered classes here where we can discuss material from college in more detail. And our training supervisor is always there to lend an ear or to help out if we have any problems. Our colleagues in the different departments we work in take time to explain the processes to us and help us if we get stuck. There’s a great atmosphere among the trainees. We sometimes spend our lunch break together or meet up after work. Right now I’m excited about our new trainee blog, which there’ll be more of soon on this channel.
